When you contact us or place an order, we collect your name, email address, and your Google Business Profile link or business name. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe.
We use your information solely to fulfill your order by preparing reply drafts and communicating with you about your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We access only publicly visible reviews on your Google Business Profile. We do not access your Google account, Google Business Profile login, or any private account data.
We retain your contact information and order details for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
We use Google Sheets to deliver your order. Payment processing is handled by PayPal and/or Stripe, each subject to their own privacy policies.

The service includes preparation of reply drafts only. Posting replies to your Google Business Profile is your team's responsibility. We are not responsible for how replies are used after delivery.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search ranking changes, or review rating improvements. Replies are professional drafts intended to help your team maintain an active, professional review profile.
This service does not involve creating fake reviews, incentivizing reviews, purchasing reviews, or any activity that violates Google's review policies. Clients are responsible for ensuring that posted replies comply with Google's guidelines.
Payment is required before work begins. If we are unable to fulfill your order, for example if your business has no public Google reviews to reply to, we will issue a full refund. We do not offer refunds after delivery of the completed Google Sheet.
Upon delivery and payment, you receive full rights to use, edit, and post the provided reply drafts for your business.
